14 days to return item from the day the item is signed for by customer. The customer will pay return postage. Item is to be returned in packaging and not used with invoice. There will be no exchanges.

Parcels are sent out using Royal Mail on a tracked and signed for method. Items will be posted after full payment is made and will take 2-4 working days standard delivery £4.99.

We do not accept responsibility for delays on parcels as this is out of our control.

We do not ship to PO boxes. These orders will automatically be cancelled.
